| The name N-Solv™ is derived from eNhanced SOLVent extraction process. N-Solv Corporation is a Canadian company based in Calgary, Alberta and is owned by Nenniger Inc., Hatch Ltd., and Enbridge. N-Solv’s core strengths include scientific excellence backed up by a world class technology development and engineering team and a world class business team.
N-Solv’s primary focus is the development and commercialization of the patented N-Solv technology for in-situ extraction of oil sands. N-Solv Corporation holds a suite of issued and pending patents which are available for licensing.
An N-Solv field pilot program is currently under development, with funding provided by N-Solv and SDTC (Sustainable Development Technology Canada).

Ron is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hatch Ltd., the world’s largest engineering and construction management company dedicated to energy, metals and infrastructure. As Vice President, Engineering, and then President of Hatch, Ron was responsible for the development of advanced technology innovations for major client industrial projects in Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, China, Eastern Europe and South Africa. Ron has a B.Sc. (Electrical) from the University of Alberta in Edmonton. Ron is a distinct Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineers. In 2004 Ron served as President of the CAE.
John Nenniger, Sc.D., FCAE

John has led the development of solvent-based, in-situ, bitumen extraction process that uses virtually no water and just 15 per cent of the energy required by the next-best in-situ technology, steam-assisted gravity drainage. John received his Sc.D., chemical engineering, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2007 John was elected Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineers

Nenniger Inc. is a trust principally owned by members of the Nenniger family and controlled by John Nenniger. Nenniger Inc. was set up to hold shares in N-Solv Corp. and the proceeds from equity sales and/or dividends. Nenniger Inc. also holds a 70% ownership interest in BA-SAGD with the balance owned by Hatch. Nenniger Inc. has no other commercial activities at this time.

Enbridge Inc.
Enbridge operates in Canada and the U.S., the world’s longest crude oil and liquids pipeline system. The company owns and operates Enbridge Pipelines Inc. and a variety of affiliated pipelines in Canada, and has an approximate 27% interest in Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. which owns the Lakehead System in the U.S. These pipeline systems have operated for over 55 years and now comprise approximately 13,500 kilometres (8,500 miles) of pipeline, delivering more than 2 million barrels per day of crude oil and liquids.
